STAR Cinema

STAR Cinema has 6 houses and 622 seats and is located at the shopping mall “PopCorn” in Tseung Kwan O MTR station. It has been serving the community since 2012 and is one of the most popular entertainment spots in the district. To enhance audiences’ cinema experience, STAR Cinema completed a major renovation in May 2020. Apart from installing 4K laser projectors and Bowers & Wilkins Hi-Fi grade speakers, the cinema also replaced the seats with genuine leather seats. In the past, special events such as the “STAR Academy” and the “STAR Academy Summer School” were carried out at STAR Cinema. These activities were very popular and had successfully drawn the participation of audiences from all walks of life.
